SHIFT Psycho-Educational Program for Exposed Individuals (PEP-EI)

This course offers exposed individuals the opportunity to learn about the negative effects caused by viewing child sexual abuse images, develop techniques to prevent vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue and burnout, and provide helpful strategies on how to support themselves and their peers. The training will be team taught by a mental health specialist, Jane Stevenson, and the Vermont ICAC Task Force Commander, Lt. Kristian Carlson.
