This workshop helps individuals identified as leaders in their agencies to implement wellness programs within their teams/organizations. Participants will be led by subject matter experts versed in establishing wellness programs on how to support the mental health and well-being of professionals within the work environment. The interactive workshop will offer professionals who have been tasked with creating a wellness program an opportunity to learn about varying types of programs, implementation approaches, assessment tools and curriculum planning designed to help them create a customized wellness program plan. The full day course will provide information and creative approaches for participants to design and incorporate wellness programs at any budget level to support individuals and provide a proactive approach to team wellness.
